LAST SUMMER, I did some basic gardening and yard work and ended up pulling a muscle in my back and each of my legs. This caused me to be down for about week of my summer break while my body healed. I joined Super Slow this past fall.
THIS SUMMER, I have been working in my yard and doing landscape projects. Each morning, I wake up and have absolutely NO PAIN ANYWHERE! It is quite amazing! I completely believe that my Super Slow workouts have strengthened my muscles and I am able to work my body to the max! It's a great thing!
