I starting working with Super Slow Zone about 2 months ago. I would periodically work out at the gym, but never really knew what to do. I was never motivated to go and needed a set schedule to go by. I noticed my energy level was down, I wasn't seeing the toning I had wanted, and I needed a change.
In 2 months I have lost weight, have much more energy, and actually enjoy working out. The pain I used to feel when stretching is gone. I'm starting to see more muscle tone..which is my main goal.
