I work out at the SuperSlow Zone in Winter Springs, FL owned by Marvin, Nancy and Alex Couch. They are the nicest folks I have ever met, and I know that they care for each one of their customers.

I am a 55 year old entrepreneur with very little time to work out. When I heard about SuperSlow, I finally felt I had found a way to keep fit with my busy schedule.

I am now as buff as I was when I was 18, and my stamina has increased dramatically.
