Thank you Kevin Clemente, I'm going to kiss you on Wednesday.

Yesterday I played golf for the first time in 16 months. I shot 79, beat my Dad and brother(who play golf every week in season) and my step-sister. Had 3 birdies on the back nine, a feat I haven't done for over 20 years and the best round of golf for me in 15 years. I attribute this to my once a week visits to SSZ in Flemington, NJ. Kevin Clemente and I have been friends for a few years and are close in age, I'm 53. Since Kevin started SSZ he got stronger and I was getting weaker until I followed his lead and began strength training 5 months ago. I am much stronger now, more confident about my future and feeling much better about my physical condition.

If you can't give 20 minutes once or twice a week to work out the SSZ way you can't be very serious about your physical condition or you don't know or believe that you can change your life for the better.
